Good day out on the Raritan Bay today with great group! Morning started quick with two keepers trolling, slowed down a bit when we started chunking but still managed to snag a few. Was able to nail a few more keepers on the way in trolling! Striped Bass are all over, book your trip now!

Reel Happy Fishing Charters will be sailing sometime in mid April and is now booking charter dates available. Once the start of the season we will be targetting striped bass in the Raritan Bay.

Raritan Bay Stripers have been tough these past couple of days due to all the bluefish moving in these areas.The Bass bite has been slow due to water temps and water changes in these areas as the bass are running down south for their migration. The bluefish action will continue and hopefully the bunker pods will move in soon into the ocean where the bass will be back in for the bite!
