The fish moved again right to where i had em a few days ago. The crowd was pretty thick but doable.Steadystream of striped critters kept the guest happy.Limited by 10;30 a little while was spent in release mode and the guest were worn out.Back early and mega meat headed to their grills.I like it when it goes as hoped for....
Had to work hard to get it done today. Overtime to be more precise. Got it in areas that others picked a stray bite from but we couldn't draw any love.Wrnt everywhere i had caught fish this week. No love. they were just wouldn't eat.Caught a glimpse og something that broke the water as i was on the way home.Dropped lines in and got a bluefish.Next pass was a striped bass followed by four more three of which were keeper class. These guest came a long way and glad they scored...
Went were we left them chewing yeserday. Nope not there.Lots of marks on the sonar but not eating. Ran some and it paid off. These guys came from Broomhal Pennsylvania and that move would prove to be their day maker.Three bass made the slot size 36,37,29". The rest too small or too big with acouple got away to keep it interesting.Back at it in the morning.
The weather man nailedit.Super soggy! Went to three different fleets with no action.Got away from everyone. The other wind weatherman lied and we pounded against 20 knots.Went to turn and got a bluefish.I started to circle back and we hooked then dropped a keeper class bass.Next pass we had a big bass get off inches from the net.Another pass we had a big bass (too big). Then three passes on the spot coughed up three keepers. The cold and wet had taken its roll and we came in a little early. All in all have to call it a success.

Regulars aboard Reel Happy, they are experienced anglers and like to "do it their self". They often bring Annie and Lydia their daughters who are well versed onthe art of fishing as well.We covered a lot of water today collecting a limit of slob class (18") sea bass a couple puffers a load of short flue (way too many 17 3/4") the few that made the cut.
